Here are some fabulous books on decorating that I've purchased over the last few months...now if I could only make some decisions on what I really want! Five years in the house and not one completed room, lol!

Breakfast for a Friend

I had a bet with a buddy and fellow Realtor of mine, David Lorton at Exit...I graciously lost and he earned a much deserved win! The winner got breakfast brought to their office...





David was precious...he said "Oh, I was expecting a biscuit from McDonald's"...I laughed and said he deserved breakfast on a silver platter!

White Chicken Chili

Recipe from my sweet friend Dwayne LaForce! Some of the girls asked for it this weekend, so I thought I'd just share it with everyone!


Ingredients 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves of minced garlic Brown these in the pot you are using until chicken is done. Add: 1 can northern beans 1 can navy beans 2 cans green chilies 2 cans chicken broth 2 t. cumin 2 t. curry powder 1 t. oregano 1 t. white pepper 1-2 t. cayenne pepper 1/2 t. chili powder You can spice to taste of course, but this is just perfect! If you like it a little more soupy, just add either a cup of water or more broth! I serve it with Monterrey Jack cheese and fresh flour tortillas! Enjoy! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone!

Girls Weekend

At Greer's Ferry...celebrated the Razorback Victory in the Cotton Bowl...woke up to a great view of the lake...and then the sun finally came out...





so we took a walk...and of course I had to take house pics!














Now we are relaxing on the deck...nothing better than a girls weekend...that I can think of! Love my girls!!!
