Ingredients 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves of minced garlic Brown these in the pot you are using until chicken is done. Add: 1 can northern beans 1 can navy beans 2 cans green chilies 2 cans chicken broth 2 t. cumin 2 t. curry powder 1 t. oregano 1 t. white pepper 1-2 t. cayenne pepper 1/2 t. chili powder You can spice to taste of course, but this is just perfect! If you like it a little more soupy, just add either a cup of water or more broth! I serve it with Monterrey Jack cheese and fresh flour tortillas! Enjoy! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone!
